If you're obsessed with Jellycat Amuseables and looking for a quick and easy crochet pattern, you're going to love these crochet marshmallows!

My Jellycat-inspired crochet collection just keeps growing, and this time, I'm sharing the cutest crochet marshmallows! Inspired by the Jellycat Amuseables Marshmallows, this crochet pattern even gives you the option to make the Toastie Marshmallow variation wtih the cozy earmuffs!

The original Jellycat plush comes as a pair: a white and a pink marshmallow. Are they best friends? Siblings? A marshmallow duo that has been through countless cups of hot chocolate adventures together? Jellycat hasn't shared their story, but I like to imagine they've been inseparable from the beginning.
The marshmallow itself is a no-sew crochet pattern, making it a beginner-friendly amigurumi project that works up quickly. If you'd like to make the Toastie Marshmallow version, you'll only need a tiny bit of sewing to attach the earmuffs.

Behind the Crochet Design
I've been on a bit of a roll lately, creating crochet Jellycat-inspired amigurumi patterns, and these adorable marshmallows were next on my list! When I first came across the Jellycat Marshmallows, I immediately thought they would translate beautifully into a crochet marshmallow pattern. Their simple shape, sweet faces, and little dangling feet made them the perfect inspiration for an amigurumi project.

One of my favorite things about the original Jellycat Marshmallows is that they come as a pair. The classic set includes a white marshmallow and a pink marshmallow, while the Toastie Marshmallows add an extra dose of cuteness with their cozy earmuffs. I knew I wanted my own crochet version to capture that same charm while fitting in with the growing collection of Jellycat-inspired crochet patterns I've been designing.

To help all of my crochet Jellycat-inspired amigurumis look like a matching collection, I've intentionally kept the feet design consistent across my patterns. Whether you're making a crochet marshmallow, apple, birthday cake, or another Jellycat-inspired amigurumi, you'll notice that they all share the same signature little feet. I love how this creates a cohesive look and makes the entire collection feel connected.

I've always loved Jellycat plush toys, but over the years, they've become more of a collectible than a cuddly stuffed toy. Creating my own crochet versions allows me to put a handmade spin on some of my favorite designs while making them accessible to fellow crocheters. As long as inspiration keeps striking, I hope to continue adding more Jellycat-inspired crochet patterns to this growing collection!
