While the Saja Boys may have captured my heart, Huntrix has been inspiring me with her fearless energy and undeniable girl power. Ever since we first watched KPop Demon Hunters, my house has been filled with music, laughter, and plenty of fan chatter about who our favorite characters are.

I might have made the crochet patterns for the Saja Boys first, but our love for Huntrix is just as potent! They're strong, confident, and absolutely unforgettable, which made them the perfect next project on my hook.
Just like the Saja Boys, the Huntrix girls are made using my no-sew chibi amigurumi doll base. Their bold outfits and iconic hairstyles set them apart, showcasing the versatility of the doll base when it comes to customizing characters. If you’ve already tried making the Saja boys, the Huntrix girls are the perfect companion piece to round out your KPop Demon Hunters collection.

Inspiration Behind the Crochet Design / Why I Made This
When we first watched KPop Demon Hunters, I'll admit that the Saja Boys caught most of my attention first. They're handsome, mysterious, and honestly, they just looked like they'd be so much fun to recreate in yarn. But really, how could I have a crochet pattern for the antagonist of the story without creating the protagonists too?

One of my favorite parts of designing these dolls was the hair. Ever since I discovered this method of crocheting doll hair, I've loved experimenting with new styles. The Huntrix girls' hairstyles were more complicated than the Saja Boys, but I enjoyed every minute of testing and tweaking to get them as close to the character as possible.

So here they are at last, the Huntrix amigurumi dolls, to complete the set alongside the Saja Boys. My girls are thrilled to finally see their favorite in crochet form, and I love that this balances out the collection. After all, what's a good story without both the heroes and the villains?
